game used bats repaired

hello again i have a question is there a difference in game used bats if they are repaired or not repaired price wise. what is worth more if there is a difference at all.I just bought a carlos lee white sox game bat with the barrell repaired.Any help would be nice on this matter.thanks geoff

Geoff,

I think the price all boils down to the quality of the repair. I've seen bats with handle cracks that were repaired and you cant even tell unless you look very closely.

I prefer my bats left in their original condition, but dont mind a cracked bat that's repaired expertly.
