    Between 1967 and 1981, Ted Simmons used a variety of H & B models, including K75, B267, C271, S281, M159, U1, R161, M110, R128, and M117. At various times in his career he had endorsement contracts with H & B and Adirondack.

For certification of Simmons' use of a specific H & B bat (model, length, weight, finish) , within a specific labeling period, take advantage of this service:

Ted had a contract with H&B in 1967, but sometime in the '80s his H&B bats became non-contract. Truth is, he rarely used H&B bats after becoming a regular player, preferring Adirondack. I have a 1971 AD that is non-contract, but after that, he had signature model AD bats for the remainder of his career. He seemed to prefer the 256A and 256B Adirondack models through the '70s, but I have a couple later AD bats of his that are 155B and 437A.
