Help with some 60s or 70s fball

Does anyone know if this would be a packer or colts jersey? all show repairs, etc but I do not know too much about older football jerseys. Thanks for any help!

I don't recall the Packers ever using Champion...they were a Sand-Knit tem for at least 2 1/2 decades.

Retail Sand Knit. The yellow&green "Packers" has the factory code of the high school in the collar.

Thanks none were being offered as the team jerseys, just older worn football jerseys. I just thought I would see if there was a hidden gem in there somewhere. Thanks for the help!
