Quite a few. He just sold another pair of Manny cleats (with more use even though they werent his model) for $295 on ebay. I guess it all depends how much cleats mean to your collection.
Ron had two pairs of these on eBay recently, one pair with a BIN and one pair for auction. The BIN cleats didn't sell but the auctioned pair went for $295. He might take a $300 offer.
