Seller is offering a bat which he says is game used by Jimmy. Besides the fact that the use characteristics are WAY off, there is another reason its fake.
Jimmy uses a Model C4, most times in 33inch lengths. This is a CR4, which was created in partnership with Jimmy as a RETAIL bat. Jimmy rarely orders his bats with his sgnature on them, and it also should say PRO MAPLE underneath the name, not MVP maple. These are available right off of Maxbats site. They differ from a C4 pro model as they have the same knob and handle, but a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller barrel to allow them to utilize heavier, more dense billets that they may otherwise have a hard time using.
