Vintage Lacross Stick for sale

Hi

Have a vintage lacross stick for sale - marked MADE IN CANADA along the handle

I am not well-versed in lacrosse but from what I gather this stick dates 1950's-60's -- someone correct me please if I'm wrong

What are the strings made of?... the stick could be from then or from a couple of years ago.

Men's players have been using plastic sticks since the 70's, but alot of women used the traditional wood sticks up until a few years ago.

Also... are there any other markings than made in canada?

The stick is all wood from handle to head (one piece)

Strings are combo of leather and maybe cork & twine - not exactly sure but they are very sturdy - doesn't appear to be any plastic anywhere

No other markings that I can see

based on the strings...(cork or twine, actually probably animal hide)... the stick is probably from the 60's or 70's

I doubt you would find anyone on here that would be looking to buy it... these sticks are not as rare as you think, and unless Jim Brown used it, they are not very valuable... most people who would be interested would be lacrosse fans looking to decorate a room
