Game Used Inventory Template?

Hi all. Does anyone have a game used inventory template they'd be willing to share? I could create my own but I'm sure I'd miss a few things initially - and why reinvent the wheel?

I use a program called "Bento". It is an organizational program, and I find it works pretty well. It can have all of the important information that I need because I can control what the categories are.

I enter the player names in the (Last, First) format because I like to sort by last name
