Hi,
I wondered if you could break down Ivans bat orders from his brief time w/ the yankees (late 2008). Would it be possible to get the model numbers & color/finishes for them? thank you so much...always very much appreciated!!
With Pudge, there is no such thing as a brief amount of time to order bats with a team...

Thanks so much....I happen to have a yankee model R242, black ash (not a smith finish), I've seen a few of these now floating around out there...is this some type of promo or retail bat do you think??
I have him ordering the R242 as a Tiger but not as a Yankee. The last time it was ordered was Feb. of 2008.
It would still be listed on my list if it was a souvie bat. Pics would be good.

Interesting...he didn't order a R242 while with the Yankees and he hasn't ordered regular black since 2007.
Ah, the "Store line gamer bats". We switched it up to the Yankees after the trade. It's not on my reports since it's a store line production model and not a souvie. We no longer produce this model, not a good seller.

Thanks Brian,
w/out the ordering records, is there anyway for one to tell that this bat wasn't made for Ivan....it didn't have the line under the 125 or anything like that. Maybe the grain of the wood?? I think a few people have gotten taken on these...
Hmm, they should have the line under the 125 and be stamped on the knob.

Hi Brian,
no stamping on knob or no line under the 125..........

I know someone was having doubts about a Thome bat that was thought to be a store model with no underline or knob stamp.
This website has some too and they dont look underlined.

The Thome bat is mine and it isn't underlined under the 125. I am fairly certain mine is a retail authentic also.
