2009 Alex Rodriguez Game Used hat

Happy Holidays all,

Just ordered this from steiner but I am having some second thoughts after I noticed a couple things.

1. The hat is size 7 3/8. I can only seem to find arod gamers in 7 1/4 or 7 1/8.

2. The 13 written inside the hat is on the right side. I have only seen the 13 written on the left side or the middle of the brim of the hat.

How old were the 7 1/4 and 7 1/8 hats? Most players see an increase in hat size when they use steroids. Just a thought.

Correction... I think its HGH that increases head size, rather than steroids.

Other GU hats from 09 were either 7 1/4 or 7 1/8

Is it a ST cap? And does it have the inaugural season patch on the back of the cap like this one or a standard MLB logo?

I would be a bit worried about this cap. Arod started his career wearing a size 7 1/8 and then his cap size increased to 7 1/4. I have noticed a good many Steiner caps have sizes that don't quite match up to what a player would actually wear during the season.
