Removed wash tag -Help nedded

Hi, yesterday I received a GU Rockies jersey with no a wash tag (2006, Home).. it was cut nicely.
there is a velcro strip on the inside of the button line.
I've never seen any jersey like this.. do you think it is a GU jersey??
