How to reach MLB authetication ??

How might one reach a person or reliable email for MLB authentication? I have a Jeff Suppan game-used bp with the MLB holo LH692968. I purchased it directly from the Brewers. The MLB database has no record of it.

Sally.Tansill@mlb.com - She helped me when I got a damaged lineup card a couple years back.

Good luck. Could just be that they haven't updated the database.
