Steve Boros, a former MLB outfielder, coach and manager, died December 29 at age 74.
Boros played for seven seasons in the majors: 1958-59 and 1961-62 (Tigers), 1963 (Cubs) and 1964-65 (Reds). He coached for several teams and also managed in Oakland and San Diego.
