Best Modern Willie Mays Autograph

Willie Mays. A simple enough name. Short,autograph friendly. You'd think. One of the worst looking signed famous names in sport. And getting smaller and lighter as Mr.Mays gets older so it was a surprise and a pleasure to see it in its intended state. Nothing like a contract to straighten things out,and those circled dots!! Currently for sale on E-bay(no I don't work for The Topps Vault).

maybe because I look at a lot of autographs, but I actually see a lot of similarity between the 1955 & 1987 Mays' signatures........

I think you're right about the '55. In fact,the '55 example shows the "W" as it started out,a four curled script which now looks like a "4".
