69 Royals on E-Bay

Anybody have any thoughts on this 1969 Royals flannel on E-Bay?

If the jersey did, indeed, have the 100th Anniversary patch on the left sleeve at one time, it was a 1969 regular season jersey. If the jersey had nothing there before the logo patch was added, it was a 1969 spring training jersey. Given the lack of a year tag, if I had to guess without seeing it, I'd guess it's the latter.
