did you get ahold of an eBay appeal specialist? its takes some time and patience but my rep took excellent care of me when I had a problem, awhile back. Long story short - I sold an unopened box of cards for $900+ the guy opened the box claimed it was tampered with sent it back got a full refund from ebay - I appealed and won with an appeal specialist and got reimbursed my original selling price that was taken from my account.

FYI, Boxer2317 is another scammer...did the EXACT same thing with me when I sold one of my Samari Rolle jerseys to them - delivery confirmation of the jersey, but PayPal refunded their money AND they kept the jersey. eBay did not help me either...I appealed and appealed and finally it quit letting me. Lesson learned, and I blocked them from ever bidding on my auctions again...

(BTW their game used stuff is suspect at best too if you look at their auctions).

signature confirmation seems to be the key with paypal disputes. get on the phone with ebay and talk to someone higher up.

If over $250 paypal requires a signature....If they dispute it with just delivery conf. paypal will refund $$
