Just an FYI, there is someone selling a Troy Smith helmet on ebay from Ohio state. I don't know for a fact it isn't his, but this was listed on craigslist and seems to look about the same

It is not the same helmet ...has different decals on back.

true, I just wanted to point out that people are selling look-alikes and for potential buyers to do their homework. Not saying anything about the ebay item pro or con, just wanted to show that the 24 sticker, red chin strap, etc. can be gotten to make a fake.

Are they now selling look alikes that are of the same quality as the team issued pro stuff? Jerseys and helmets? I know you used to be able to tell the difference in quality in both helmets and jerseys.
