i have been on a search for this item for some time. If anyone has any leads PLEASE LET ME KNOW. also, if you have ever seen it for sale before let me know. ive been to many many shows and have yet to see this. the pic is from the UDA catalog in 1994.

It's 15x23 and it's autographed by the artist and #'d. Looks good. Don't know if it's exactly what you are looking for, but check it out.
