Another Buster Posey Home Run bat

This has to be one of my favorite photo matches. A sweet looking broken bat single. Also, this bat was used when he hit a home run earlier in the game.

The bat was used on 9/9/10 against the Padres. It's MLB authenticated for a broken bat base hit in he 7th inning. I remembered that he hit a home run in this game so I started looking through some video and found a photo match for this same bat when he hit his home run in the 5th inning.

I ususally don't like to purchase broken bats, but the AP photo made this hard to pass up. Seeing this bat spit in mid swing is really cool, plus a home run was an added bonus.

Very cool awesome I would love to add a Posey bat down the road. He quickly became a fan favorite.

Love the bat. Was it repaired? The fact it is MLB holo'd makes it perfect along with your photomatch.

Also amazed that the kid is already a Louisville Slugger signature player.

One question, what is the big black mark in the cupped end of the bat? Is is dirt or grass or black marker?

I think it's a clump of grass.

I remember watching the guy who caught the HR, he was a big Posey fan and kept dancing around.
