On all Nike NBA gamers, the year is flagged on a tag attached to the inside left torso seam, a la the 0063/0062/etc. tags on Majestic MLB gamers. The seller looks like it's an eBay clearinghouse seller, and the owners may not have known to look for or photograph the tags since they were inside. If interested, I would ask the seller to check for the inside tags and send pics.
