Looks OK, although it's a jersey used after its year of manufacture. Single-tagged Champion NBA jerseys were one of three tagging styles used in NBA play in the 1990-91 season.
The jersey, however, was worn in either 1991-92 or 1992-93, as those were the 2 seasons The Tree was a Rocket. Though not as common as in the NFL, jersey carryovers happen in the NBA as well.

B&E Collectibles is a pretty big time dealer. Wouldn't intentionally fleece you. I have an Olajuhon from the following year. Also, it is unlikely that anyone would forge a "Three" jersey.
