    Starlin Castro Line-Up Card(s) Inscription

I know most everyone "does their homework" but sometimes excitement gets the best of us in making a purchase so I thought I'd make mention here. I'm a big fan of the Cubbies young shortstop Starlin Castro. These have been listed for a bit but I was excited to see them. They are game used lineup cards for the Cubs vs Marlins May 11th and 12th from last season. MLB and Steiner holo's so nice provence. Each was autographed and inscribed nicely by Starlin Castro as being his first and second games played at Wrigley...but...do your homework before having a nice piece signed.

The problem, which kept me from pulling the trigger, was that Starlin Castro started and played the entire game May 10th verses the Marlins...at Wrigley (a night game). Making the inscribed May 11th game lineup card actually his second game and the May 12th game his third at Wrigley.

Did you email this information to the seller?

Yes, I emailed the seller with this concern. I got a short response that was "From what Steiner told me these were games he started". So just wanted to make people aware of the inscription error.

That's funny. You would think the official stats would know more than Steiner:

I contacted the seller and he changed his descriptions. He states that Steiner led him to believe otherwise, and he didn't think to double check them. All is well and they are still pretty cool items!
