Expos TBTC Jersey?

Anyone if know if the Expos ever wore a jersey like this? I don't recall the Expos ever wearing a TBC jersey like this in 1995 or 1996.

i had jersey just like that and sold it on ebay couple of years ago and it was from one of expos minor league that worn throwback jerseys often.
i am not sure which minor team, but maybe vermont or florida minor teams.
