I have done some business with Wayne Pathman in the past but cannot locate his contact email as I am curious if any updates exist on this story.

Since Russek and his pals have been taken to the woodshed before on People's Court see below

I would love to see any further news and information as well. I now stay away from all auction house auctions, as my only experience with Grey Flannel resulted in me being banned from all future auctions because I questioned the authenticity of the jersey I purchased after receiving it. Ironically, I still receive the GF huge auction catalogs in the mail although I am no longer allowed to place a bid. :D

Hopefully someone in the forum will be able to provide an update.

Knowing how lawyers love to bill by the hour, this may take awhile. Unless either side can prove something via factual evidence, it's going to be based on opinions, and we have all seen what happens there in regard to autographs.
