I bought this vintage football helmet today and was looking for any information about it. I would like to know what year it's from and anything else you can tell me about it.

I think it's the Sheboygan Red Wings Semi Pro football team tha played fron the 1948-1975. The Sheboygan South High School didn't start to use this symbol until later in the 1970's.

I went to the Sheboygan County research center today and found out some more things about this helmet. The Sheboygan South High School was known as the Red Man up to 1989 and in 1990 they changed their name to the Red Wings. I guess they started to use this symbol at that time not like I said before when I thought they used it back in the 1970's. So that makes this helmet I have a REAL Sheboygan Red Wings Semi Pro Football game used helmet from around 1970. If anyone else has anymore information please email me.
