Which auction house is best to sell golf memorabilia?

I'm looking to sell some pretty unique mid-high end golf memorabilia (flags, cups, clubs, misc autographs). I was hoping some of you could lend opinions about which auction houses might be best suited to handle such things. As always, help is greatly appreciated

I don't know what their results have been, but Hunt Auctions has auctioned off numerous golf-related items worn and used by Michael Jordan. MJ isn't on the PGA or Nationwide tours, for sure, but he is an avid golfer and enjoys wagering on his matches.

      Dave,

thanks for the input. I've seen their MJ golf auctions, it baffles me that anyone would want something like that but that's neither here nor there..

Look at it this way, Mike...I agree as to your views on MJ golf items, but, if Hunt's has a market for that, just think what they might do with soemthing connected to Tiger, Phil, Jack, or Arnie.

This auction house seems to specialize in what you have

Golf Memorabilia, Collectible and Autograph Auction House - USA's top golf auction site

Probably worth checking out at least

          Good Luck!

thanks for taking the time to respond! oddly enough I think one of the bigger houses Grey Flannel, Heritage, etc may be better suited. TGA prices seem to be a bit on the low side.

NOTE: there has been alot of interest about what exactly I have. below is a partial list of some of the more unique items..

-Errie Ball 1956 US Open match used sand wedge (which qualified him for 1957 Masters)
            -Paul Azinger match worn/signed spikes
-2009 TPC course flown hole #1 flag
            -Tommy Armour signed book
-2008 TPC #17 hole liner (Sergio Garcia won playoff on this hole to win TPC Championship)
-2008 BMW Championship #3 hole liner (Sergio Garcia hit a hole-in-one on this hole)
