Digging through my wife's Grandmothers belonging I found this used Baseball. She was a huge Orioles fan and went to many games. Is it possible this ball is a gamer? Not seen in the pictures is the word China stamped on it also.

"Fraid not. This is a retail ball, similar to one used by some autograph dealers for autographing purposes because they are significantly less expensive than actual NL, AL and MLB baseballs, the first two of which were produced through 1999, and replaced in favor of the third.

I think I've seen these "Official League" balls used for batting practice by college teams, and possibly others. Although it's hard to tell from your picture, it looks as though there might be slight wear on it, indicating possible use by someone. Unfortunately, that's not much to go on.

Those are the balls you can buy by the bucket at sporting goods stores. My son has me tossing them almost daily.

These are the most common baseballs you can find in Walmart. I've never seen a college team use them before or any other league near or on a professional level.
