When did Notary Publics start writing letters of authenticity?
Why didn't the seller keep his ticket stub?
Reggie was known as "Mr. October" about 4 years before the '81 Series. The listing says he became known as "Mr. October" after this homer.

I'd like to own the Reggie Homerun ball DROPPED by George Jefferson (now that's rare).

The Notary didnt write the LOA, they merely signed and notarized it saying that the document was signed in front of them by the Coleman person and that he is who he says he is.

There are some photos that appear to be time specific but I wouldnt waste big money on it.

i caught a foul ball once in the early 90s and it had/has a brownish tinge to it from the red, new jersey mud they use to rub up all the balls.

I was going to say the same thing. Does MLB still rub the game balls down with that special mud? Any idea where the mud rubbing bit came from. Was it to dull the color some?
