Thanks to this website i have met some real great fellow collectors who helped me add huge , high end quality bats of my all time favorite player. Game Used Forum is the main reason i added a 1989,1998, and most recently a 1999 bat.
Just got this weapon in today. Comes with a COA from The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as it was donated directly from McGwire to be auctioned off in Mariners Charity Organization in accordance with Jay Buhner.
Has some sweet grain seperation on the sweet spot of the barrel, rack marks, deep seem marks and even embetted red lace residue,

thanks to my buddy with this trick, works better at night, putting the bat up to the ceiling light will bring all the barrel marks out.
if you first thought by looking at the barrel in the first pic, the use was light, well think again........grain seperation and some nice deep seem lace marks
