Need help identifying Game Used Antique Football

Hello I bought this Jersey recently and I'm trying to figure out where/when/by whom it was used. It resembles the old Chicago Bears jersey but the 7 isn't the same style. Is also looks like like an old Army Jersey but almost all of them had a white ring between the yellow rings in the sleeve. If you have any info it would be greatly appreciated

Mid 60s to very early 70s Wilson tags. Countless teams wore these colors.
Could be a high school or college or minor league like the CFL:

i dont know what part of the country you are in but i know that the Windsor Black Knights High school wore those in the late 60s

My first thought was Iowa Hawkeyes, but I think the sleeve stripes are different. Good looking jersey in any case. Please post if you figure it out.
