Help Identifying 1950's - 1960's Chicago White Sox Youth Uniform

Customer brought me this uniform last week and asked if I could make an offer on it. There is no size and only one tag but it is definitely a smaller size. I would say youth but not too small. They say they have had it for many decades and the jersey and pants are all wool.

Any clue to the value, time frame or any other details?
