What season were Pink Bats first used?

Was is 2006 or 2005?

Thanks for the replies! You do not see any of the 2006 bats for sale. Or rarely do, do you?

They did auction off the 2006 ones like any other years on mlb.com. Bill Hall's I believe sold the most of any pink bat from 2006 up until now. There was an entire article on the story of the bat, and I believe the Brewer's owner was the winning bidder in which he gave the bat to Bill's mother, Vergie.
