In 2009, the Yankees seemed to have sewed patches on all the jerseys that were in the players lockers. That included, new jerseys for the WS, jerseys worn during the season, and backup jerseys.

Those prices really aren't that bad considering they are World Series jerseys. It does make me sick in my stomach to think that they wore a new jersey every game.
The White Sox did the same thing with a lot of their 2005 jerseys of all styles..never mind that the team never wore the home vests nor the black alternates in their 4-game sweep.
While not World Series jerseys, the Braves did the same thing on all of their jerseys a couple of years ago with the "SKIP" Caray memorial patches. They sewed them on every jersey they had in stock, including all jerseys that had been taken out of use and had already been MLB Authenticated. I bought several jerseys directly from the team after the season that had been MLB Authenticated to May & June that had the SKIP memeorial patch on them even though Caray died on August 3.
I started the post after opening day. Went to team shop and saw a hamilto ws jersey asked price, guy told me and i said ill take it. Prior to buying looked up number and jersey was from a game in june.
