    Stain on Jersey Number

    Hello,
I just bought an authentic Majestic jersey and after washing it for the first
time, there is a dark line in the middle of all the lettering. I assume this
is the glue used to apply the twill before it was stitched on but it looks
pretty bad. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
    Thanks

Is the number white? If so, a bleach solution carefully applied only to the affected area may work.

      Dan,
Thanks for the advice. Actually the jersey number is dark blue and the jersey is white. There's just a dark line right in the middle of the numbers.
      Thanks

I think I would just take it back to the store you bought it from and exchange it for another. You've got a glue sandwich (if that is what it is)...can't imagine how you'd fix the problem without damaging some part of the jersey in the process.

        Quality control = unacceptable LOL

        good luck Goh
