This item was listed on ebay last week with a starting bid of .99, no reserve and a high bidder of ~$223 (max of 300)

The seller cancelled all bids and ended the auction today and relisted it with a BIN of $750 or best offer.

I guess the seller realized towards the end the final hammer price was really not in the ballpark he wanted it to be.
