Allen Iverson used practice shorts? Need help?

I picked these up directly from the 76ers, and I think I found a hidden gem! They're used practice shorts, but when I looked at the tag, they were marked with a #3. The logo is new, and could possibly be from Allen Iverson's short return to the 76ers during the 2009-10 season. Does anybody know of any other 76ers that wore #3 between 2008 and now? How do these look to anybody that knows about 76ers stuff?

Only AI has worn #3 during that time frame.

i highly doubt they are AI's
everyone knows that he didn't practice!
i'm tchnologically challenged or else i would have inserted youtube clip of him famous rant

I don't know how much this will help, but I have his gu shooting shirt from awhile back, and there was a 3 on the tag just like the shorts. Both of the 3's look identical to me, so maybe he put them on.
