There's absolutely zero provenance. For all we know, they could be rejects from the squirrels in a middle school playfield. :D

Perhaps the MA location is an indication that someone is looking to swindle precious cash from Yankee fans. :p

The listing looks like one of those listings you would see on eBay in 1998-1999 that would start at a dollar and sell for $150 or something stupid. Someone would write an article about it in AOL's homepage news and a million people would see the listing.

eBay is beyond this crazy auctions working like they did in their early days. This is just someone having fun hoping for a miracle that didn't happen.

Years ago I went on a tour at the old Busch Stadium. Saw an empty can of chew in the dugout. I thought about grabbing it, but didn't. Probably should have...
