I can't vouch for spring training, but Mimbs never pitched for the Expos in a regular season MLB game...his first MLB appearance was on 5/6/95 with the Phillies.

how come this jersey is tagged as a 1993 and how come it has a patch from 1994 if its 1993, did the expos reuse it for mimbs in 1994 and just never bothered to take the 1993 tag off?

Teams rarely remove tags...tags are of far more importance to collectors like us than they are to them.

Minbs' only year in the organization was 1994, when he went 11-4 at AA Harrisburg. My feelings are that the jersey was a 1993 shell (48 is a common size) that had the patch added for eventual possibility of a September callup in '94...which never took place, of course, because of the players' strike that wiped out the end of the '94 season and the World Series.
