Bob Will, an outfielder with the Cubs for six seasons, died August 11, just 4 days short of his 80th birthday.
Will was mostly a reserve outfielder. playing for the Cubs in 1957-58 and 1960-63. His one season as a regular was 1960, when he appeared in 138 games.
