I recently picked up a 2010 Bautista black SAM bat. Great looking bat with a bunch of use, but the odd thing is the marking on the handle that would signify a maple bat is black. You can cleary see the diamond on the bat handle, but it's black. Every pic and video I can find with Bautista using a black SAM in 2010, you can see the blonde marking on the handle. Anyone have any ideas?
