Padres ball girl's game used glove

I was sitting in the seats next to the ball girl last night and noticed she was wearing a expensive model glove. I have met her a few times and she has been with the team for a long time. She left her glove sitting on the wall at one point and I noticed it was Phil Nevin's game used glove. I didn't get much into detail about the details because the game ended, but I plan on asking next time I see her. I wonder how many gloves have ended up being used or in the trash. Phil Nevin might not be a big name to most, but he was a 2001 All Star and the first pick of the 1992 MLB draft (Jeter went 6th)

2. She is late 30s-early 40s but not bad for her age

I have seen a few bullpen catcher's using other people's game used gloves. I'm sure it happens quite often as these other team employees do get to know the players pretty well over the years.
