Came across this one on ebay. Is this very common where the date of the game is sewn in the collar? I've never seen that before. Are there any other special event jerseys with date in the collar?

I have a Twins/Senators turn back the clock jersey with the date it was worn sewn into the jersey below the manufacturer's tag.

The Cerveceros jersey I won on mlb.com (Turnbow) has the same tagging.

That is a good idea about having the date swen in the jersey. I assume they just have one set made of the jersey then? Do you think the Bill Hall jersey got washed. It looks like it would be an easy jersey to photomatch or even easier to video match it from a copy of the game......
