    Odd Larry Bird jersey question

    Hi, Does anyone know why the Celtics produced a green away jersey of Larry Bird for the 1996/97 season. The jersey is a Champion sz 48+2 length 'designed and tailored exclusively for the Boston Celtics'. Does it have any value. I couldn't afford a real Bird gamer and this one is just as nice. Any insight is appreciated!
