Sand Knit Tagging Question

Need some help please. I have football jersey with the MacGregor Sand Knit Crown tag size 46 with the exclusivity tag above. Berlin, WI is not listed on the front crown tag. There is a wash tag in the interior, but it is not the Berlin wash tag. Were any of the MacGregor Sand Knit jerseys not made in Berlin? The jersey has the double shoulders and has the correct numbering for the time period and looks authentic. I just thought they were all made out of the Berlin plant even if they did not have Berlin on the front tagging. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
