Reds Game Used Jersey Question!

I have a question.

When buying a Reds game used jersey, if it does not have the "property of Cincinnati Reds" tag, is it not legit?????

I have seen some on ebay that do not have the tag and more that do have the tag....

Thoughts on this jersey....

Technically, I think it should have the property of Reds tagging, as all of the Reds jerseys that I have seen that came directly from the Reds have been tagged that way. But, there are always exceptions. My hunch is the jersey is ok, simply based on the fact that he is not a big name guy who anyone would have ever wanted to fake a jersey of.
