      Great story...but the thread title needs correction. Kurt's dad, not grandfather.

      I wonder whether Kurt kept any bats, etc, from his minor league playing days. That's something I would love to bid on.

        It was Kurt's dad and Matt Franco the ex met and braves grandfather. for those who didn't know Matt is Kurt's sister's son. So that is probably the reason for the confusion. Having a Kurt jersey would be awesome.
