Swisher Taped Handle on ebay

IF there is any other swisher collectors out there please chim in if you know. Currently on ebay their is three used oakland bats up for sale with similar tape jobs. I have seen a few of these over the years and i have one in my collection that was a gift from a friend, but does anyone know if this tape was actually used by him . It seems a bit sloppy for his usual handles. Please chime in if you know about them. Thank you for your help im more interested if the one i own was altered to add tape but it is very similar to those. Thank you

Just noticed this, Eric I'd say the "sloppy" looking tape jobs are altered, I own a signed Oakland laser etched lvs from 04 and the tape job is a long version of the bottom half of his current tape method Aka without the cross cross if you understand what I mean. The tape is neat and looking through Getty all of his tape jobs appear neat so I'd be weary of the sloppy looking ones.
