Rex, What year is it from? What type of COA does it come with? Is it photomatched? What is the degree of use that it exhibits? These factors all are necessary to determine a jersey's value.
This jersey is from 2004 Blue with patch on front left cheast area. Ball Park Hereos LOA. The use on it is very good. BPH called it an awesome jersey in their LOA.

Yes the LOA does sat Awesome jersey. I thought that was real cool !
I was hoping it went up in value not down. That's OK , it's still an Awesome jersey...haha
Thank you everyone for the help .
Happy collecting,
Rex
Just as a reference point, I purchased one in the last 6 months with a coa from a recognizable entity for $1500.
"Typically" a COA would reference that it is "Game Used or Worn" and if you are lucky a date of use. In my opinion, when second or third parties create their own coa with subjective descriptions they lose their credibility and values drop a bit.
I agree with Justin on the the attributable factors towards value, but nothing comes into play more than Supply and Demand. If there are tons of Jerseys available the price will drop. An example is Clinton Portis....a great player....his Jerseys are pounded.....but his more recent skins jerseys are selling between $300 and $600 because you can buy one anywhere.
