It has one team repair, and no paperwork.

The only one sold that I know about was during the Hunt Super Bowl auction of that year. The jersey sold for upwards of 4k. This one is definitely bad.

I'm not suggesting that the present owner has intentionally fabricated this Jersey, but it appears as though someone has?

The likely explanation is this jersey was worn in the preseason by Logan Payne (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan_Payne). Maybe a Minnesota Gophers fan can give the seller a few bucks for it and get it out of circulation.
