What program do you you use for photomatching/editing

    What program do you you use for photomatching/editing

    I was looking into an app for my android that i can photoshop (for circling and making notes) for photmatching purposes. What app or program do i need to do crop, paste pics with an image, and circle etc?

    Any help or advice would be great.

      GIMP is pretty much recognized as the best free photo-manipulating software out there. I'm pretty sure all of the stuff you mentioned can be done with MS Paint though
