I though for sure the blue jays had won it, but looks like the Rangers get the right to negotiate a contract with darvish.

Name the last Japanese pitcher who became a star? Nomo is the closest thing and if Darvish is like that they really overpaid.

They most likely could have had CJ Wilson for what they have to pay for Darvish.Or they could have put this money towards Prince Fielder instead of trying to get a guy who never pitched in the majors even though he is suppose to be good.Just my thoughts on this subject.

Just wait Wes. After the obscene prices paid by teams this off season, I fully expect you to get a contract offer after Fantasy Camp. Speaking of which, maybe "Royals Fantasy Camp" is code for "Finding roster players in a really extended Spring Training" :p
